As far as shaiya experience goes i've been playing since Ep 3 OS. I've been in the Private Server scene since Ep 4.5. I know both Factions well.
Staff experience -
In general i've been just about every level of staff including owner. I have years of experience as a GS/GM/ADM/Owner.
